Physiotherapy is the most widely available of all the rehabilitation professions to help the body work to its maximum potential. The basic aim of physiotherapy is to help alleviate pain and restore normal movement and function.
Physiotherapists at Kentesphysio will help you by adopting a ‘hands on’ approach but will also help you by showing you simple techniques that can, and should, be used at home. We will ask questions and give you an examination prior to treatment. We treat a wide range of conditions including, amongst others, sports injuries, acute trauma, post operative conditions and arthritis.
Always make sure you consult a fully qualified practitioner. All physiotherapists at Kentesphysio are registered members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health Professions Council.
We are recognized by most of the leading private medical health Companies.
Physiotherapists do not prescribe drugs but work closely with GPs if medication is required. We use a variety of manual therapy, electrotherapy and exercises to obtain maximum recovery.
We work closely with other allied health professionals when necessary to provide all aspects of treatment and care
Privacy and Confidentiality are guaranteed.
Penny has an active interest in Orthopaedic Medicine and studied under Dr. Cyriax in London learning the techniques of assessment and manipulation.
This approach is fundamental to discover the origin and therefore, treatment of pain and injury.
Treatment cannot be successful if you don’t know what you are treating !!
